Policies and Disclaimers
When you get a reading with me (Kyle Therese Cranston), it means you agree to and accept all of my policies and disclaimers. and by doing so, you release me of any and all liability and responsibility for any of your actions or in-actions. I also have a consent form all of my clients must sign before our first session together.
General Booking Policies
1. You must be at least 18 years of age or older to get a reading from me.
2. All appointments require payment in-full at the time of booking, and this payment is non-refundable, unless I have to cancel.
3. If you need to reschedule, let me know as soon as possible. I will work with you to find a new time that suits both our schedules.
4. If I need to cancel, I will offer you the option to get a refund or reschedule for a new time that works for both of us.
5. I do not offer medical intuitive readings, nor do I offer medical advice or diagnose. Please seek the guidance of a qualified health care provider if you have any questions about any medical, mental, or psychological conditions or symptoms.
6. I have the right to end a reading if I believe it would be for your or my highest and best interest.
General Disclaimer for Readings
1. The information provided in my readings is intended for your educational, spiritual, and informative purposes. It is not to be construed as legal, business, financial, medical, or psychological advice. If you need any such advice, please seek the help of a qualified professional.
2. I claim no responsibility or accept any liability whatsoever for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by the information you receive during a reading or any actions you take afterword.
3. By having a reading with me, you waive all claims, demands, compensation, and legal action. Anyone that does try to bring legal action against me, will be responsible for the cost and expense, including reasonable attorney fees, associated with me having to defend any such claims.
4. I offer a high level of accuracy, but 100% accuracy is not guaranteed. Readings reflect the current energies and possible potentiality of a situation. We all have free will, and our choices and actions can change the potential outcome I might see during a reading.
5. While intuitive readings can provide great insight and even offer deep healing, they should never be a replacement for therapy, counseling, doctor’s appointments, etc. I cannot stress this enough. If you are having medical or mental health issues, please see a qualified health care professional.
6. Please do not sell, reproduce, duplicate, copy, or exploit any information I provide to you as part of a reading.
7. If you are getting a Tarot and Mediumship reading, please know that I can't promise or guarantee that a specific loved one or guide will come through. I always do my best to connect to the ones in Spirit you want to hear from, but at the end of the day, Spirit has its own agenda. Who comes through is meant to come through.
8. I only read for the person present. I cannot pull cards or read for someone else. I know that many people come to intuitive readers when they are having relationship issues. I can look into the energies surrounding those relationships, and tell you what Spirit needs you to know. But, l can't read another person's life.
Confidentiality & NDA Agreement for Services
I (Kyle Therese Cranston), respect your privacy, and I insist that you respect mine. This means that we enter into a mutual non-disclosure agreement before any reading that goes in effect from the date and time of purchase. This means that any information shared by you during a reading is completely confidential. And, while you can tell people what we talked about during our session, if you record our reading, please do not post it on any forum or social media platform.
